Technical Requirements for Concert Halls

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Tuned, Grand Piano of professional quality with Piano Bench
- Two [2] music stands
- Two [2] microphones & stands (for speaking)
- Sound System + Sound Engineer
- Lighting System (General Wash) Lighting Engineer (where available)
- Stage (at least 16 feet wide by 12 deep)
- Greenroom with three (3) Chairs, One (1) Dressing Rack
REHEARSAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Sound and Lighting Engineers to Meet with Brass Roots Trio prior to Tech Rehearsal
- 45-Minute (Minimum) Tech Rehearsal with Lighting, Sound and Musicians
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS:
- Three (3) hotel rooms must be provided the night of the concert, unless specified otherwise, close proximity to venue with nearby or on-site restaurant, if possible.
- Presenter to provide hotel name, telephone number, address and confirmation number as well as directions from major highway or intersection in advance of arrival.
- Please contact us if there are any questions about specific hotels.
HOSPITALITY/DRESSING ROOM/BACKSTAGE:
- Two (2) private, climate-controlled break/dressing area, which comfortably accommodates three (3) people, with three chairs and a table and easy access to a bathroom.
- The Artist Requests running water, adequate provisions for hanging wardrobe (hangers included), electrical outlets, a mirror, pre-washed towels,paper towels, and a box of tissues.
- A dressing room with a bathroom and running water is preferred.
- This break/dressing area should be secure and safe to store merchandise and personal possessions for the entire run of performances, or a lock-up area must be provided.
- The dressing room/backstage area should have six (6) bottles of water. If this cannot be accommodated, please notify the Artist seven days prior to the beginning of the engagement.
